Boston isn’t a big city, and Boston crime rate is notoriously low, so 3 extreme bodily harm events happening within a week right next to the campus is a little concerning

Cause most of the student body comes from wealthier areas. They know violent crimes are a thing conceptually but they’ve never had to exist within the vicinity of them (to their knowledge at least). This is why everyone’s overreacting and acting like they’re all gonna be harmed going to class 🤦
