yeah because a chapter shouldn’t be allowed to participate in rush because of noise complaints…
It’s more about the fact they are in bad standing with the university…..
First noise complaint called on a 5 person party. Mf that is a friend group not a frat
bottom line the only time you should be barred from participating in rush is if there’s a culture problem within your fraternity (SA, hazing, etc), being noisy is not that
