the suspect was mentally unwell indicating that the act of violence was probably a result of mental illness, indicating possible rehabilitation. what happened to due process. I don’t think it’s justifiable for the police to shoot him dead 🤷♀️. Especially when it’s 8 police with a gun, and one person with a sword. But it’s a matter of opinion, I guess.
As a last resort with Boston ems and critical response teams there talking with him after the original 911 call was a person with a gun he put multiple people in the hospital including two ems personnel tasers were used prior to shots fired it’s a justified clean shoot
It was a guy w/ a sword who stabbed one (1) cop in the arm. Swords are not that deadly especially bc hes unlikely to be able to bring that weight to bear. Regardless though our systems so fucked that the individual would be cooked regardless
