^^^^ this it’s just another variation of a curl, just when you progress on a bayesian it can be hard to load up and keep stable a preacher is typically more stable or do a compound movement with a dumbbell or cable

Make sure you’re fully extending arm on every rep for bis, they train best at full stretch.
