It’s not really bad but preacher has more stability and if you set it up with a descending resistance profile it’s s tier

Literally just pick 1 exercise that you like where you flex the elbow and get ridiculously strong

^^^^ this it’s just another variation of a curl, just when you progress on a bayesian it can be hard to load up and keep stable a preacher is typically more stable or do a compound movement with a dumbbell or cable
