As a man I don’t see what the issue here is when this is a heavily gendered subject. I’m not insinuating that people shouldn’t speak up if it was a dude, far from it, just that it happening to a woman is a separate topic because most women have experienced some form of harrassment before

But I do agree that women often still carry very patriarchal-coded expectations of men and a lot of the same women here would say the same thing as some men— “he should have fought it off” “he wasn’t masculine enough” etc

i disagree. it's usually other women that support male victims, whereas other men call them "lucky" or something like that.
