Has anyone done long distance here and if so how did it go

Ended up breaking up after 2 years. Often times one person feels more pressure to adapt/make it work for the other person or someone ends up growing out of the relationship/stagnating in their own growth as an individual. Even if there are clear intentions of ending the distance, life happens and just enjoy it in the moment and don’t be afraid of letting it go if it’s too much for either party.

When going into it, if one person is hesitant but the other doesn’t hesitate it’s never going to work out in my experience. Even if the hesitant person comes around, once that seed of doubt is planted it’s over
