Maybe I worded it poorly, but I’m essentially arguing neu should reform their relations with off campus housing in the area, bc it’s essentially their duty to provide safety to students living in the area, as we are writing them $90K checks every year to cover things like safety. Thus, it would not be fair, for example, to allow students to live directly next to a pedophile, right, especially if we are paying northeastern to protect our safety whilst right around campus. Idk how else to word it.
