u mostly gonna have to go online, brandy will sometimes have them, or desiel i’ve seen but it’s lil $500 for a pair. if u wanna spend for rlly good ones revice are crazy low love them. or subdued online are more reasonable priced and are usually more low rise their sizing just weird. levi’s tho for loose baggy low rise

thrifting. it’s the only method to actually get real low rise. i got a vintage pair of abercrombie low rise for 10 bucks at a thrift fair in the fall im obsessed with

Sizing has changed a lot since the early 2000s so I’ve def run into this problem, my biggest advice would be to size up slightly since there’s been size inflation in recent years and a size 2 today is hella different from an early 2000s size 2
