Didn’t have a drivers license when I have a non drivers id anyways likeeee

They said it’s because sometimes you have to drive to sites or whatever, and also I put initially that I had a drivers license when I didn’t, like a biych can’t make a mistake damn !!??

Initially on my application I put yes for having a valid drivers license. Likely misread, just clicking through 2 get done. The role was hybrid, sometimes requiring sites visits (which I’m assuming are in harder to access areas), hence why they’d want someone that drives. Nevertheless, during the interview they told me not being a driver wouldn’t be an issue. I get a call from HR about receiving an offer, but they reneged after I said I didn’t have a license??

Barely, they’re just overdramatic tbh. The team/manager for the department really didn’t mind me not driving and was eager to hire me, this was really the HR manager lmfaoooo. The guy working under her that extended the offer felt bad and was apologizing 😭😤whatever idc anymore. Hopefully I can work Hollister or something
