it’s usually based on how much you talk about what we are voting you on. say i’m voting on how much of blank characteristic you have, and you never talk about that, but another pnm does, you’ll be lower on the list

i’m so nervous mine wasn’t good i filmed it like 100 times but i sound so awkward lol

It’s ok just stick it out and meet ppl in the chapters you get back! it’s super scary but it always works out in the end :)

False there’s always questions you have to at least scale off of, I’m told they need to justify ratings

Look up mutual selection processes, it goes off of preferences on ur end and then things like GPA, Value alignment, community involvement etc

As someone who is watching these videos alr... some of them are soo clearly ai/lacking effort/simply not the vibe
