Many chapters say something like this in their speeches because it is a ceremony where they say similar things each year. PNMs are advised not to suicide bid but also it’s hard because there are soooo many PNMs and you might have a great conversation but you didn’t get a bid this time because they are only allowed to let in a certain amount.
