you understand that it happened on a CITY STREET which is patrolled and controlled by the Boston police department right? If Boston PD wants NUPDs help they ask for it
people are talking about the fact that northeastern didn’t even send out a text alert for gunshots fired 50 feet in front of a campus dorm and on a street lived in almost exclusively by northeastern students
