Ah yeah… That’s pretty much what my manager said. She said I’m technically skilled, but need to improve my communication, and also that I like to be heads down on one thing which makes more sense at a large company lol

tbh it’s ok bc you will be less stressed, just get your work done and clock out. most start ups or small companies require all hands on deck all the time and grinding never stops

yeah don’t take it personally, startups are super high intensity and generally require people to wear multiple hats and work nonstop, so if you’re less social or the type of person that likes to hole up in a huddle room with a task, i would seek out something more corporate
