Some people have conditions that slow down their metabolisms by extreme levels compared to the average human - I used to know someone with something similar, and it made them sweaty for exerting energy on little stuff like walking up 1 flight of stairs - you never know what’s really going on 🤷♀️
It’s like 1 in 100 worldwide to have extremely slow metabolism

They could have mobility issues or other health issues that prevent them from working out. I didn’t appreciate how crippling certain injuries can be until a had to deal with a disc bulge
First of all, eat less. Second of all be honest how many of the oinkers are like that because they physically couldn’t work out?
Maybe 1 in 100,000 people have conditions that somehow break thermodynamics and make it so calories in vs calories out doesn’t work
