On my unit there was a fridge and a microwave. I would say pack lots of small easy snacks (granola bars, bag of chips, crackers, etc) and then one big meal for your lunch/dinner break. For night shifts I ate a big dinner before work and then was usually ok with just small snacks throughout my shift, then ate a big breakfast when I got off then slept. But everyone is different, u will figure out what works for you!

I was at BI and we had a microwave and fridge. For day shifts I’d pack a breakfast to eat at like 9 am, lunch for 1 pm ish and then a small snack. Night shifts I’d eat a dinner before and then “breakfast” at like 3 am lol with snacks between.
