Is it bad to rely on Claude to create study material for me like flash cards, practice exams, etc?? Like should I find an alternate way? It WORKS don’t get me wrong but idk if this is unethical of me

making your own study material helps you study. claude gets things wrong
what if I upload all my lectures & tell it to only use those as its source tho???
