At worst they have any information that you have on canvas. Probably student ID and your full name, maybe discussion board posts or something. Possibly even your password but I heard that might not actually be the case. Honestly nothing to worry about, hundreds of millions of students are affected and it’s not data that’s very personal or usefulb
They can’t do anything with the info they have. Data breaches like this always happen once in a while, even to very big companies
