I legit just had this problem, I gave a store my name and box number but they addressed it to my mom and did not put the box number, you have to go to the Columbus mailing center and show them the tracking id and then they will try and find it
But like if it delivered yesterday you gotta wait for them to have time to process it
it was delivered like a week ago but i went to columbus and apparently it was stolen so..
