yeah, no. applying through linkedin/whatever is exponentially harder than NUWorks
That’s only part of it the coop class they force you to take is so outdated and terrible I got a 10/20 on my final resume submission and yet that same resume every interviewer loved and I even sat with a Tesla rep for 45 minutes making it.
The co-op program is underwhelming considering all that the schools markets it to be
It’s not just underwhelming it’s bad my main issue is mostly with the class and “prep” they force you to take which is just terrible advice and poorly structured
Never gonna get a coop with that victim ahh mindset
