wtf are we talking about here? active untreated gonorrhea or well-managed and undetectable hiv? bc of those two, the second is the safer bet, and i’m afraid a lot of ppl here don’t know that

that’s my thought exactly. i just kind of assumed by protection they also mean disease management if it’s something like hiv or herpes where if you manage it properly you can safely have sex while infected
