No it’s managed and regulated by the IFC and fsl both ran through northeastern.

That’s why it’s regulated by an off campus IFC, northeastern regulation largely revolves around ensuring frats don’t do things that liability would fall on northeastern.

Any serious incident can still make the school liable because the school has a duty to protect its students unless its an unforeseeable encounter such as in Helfman vs NEU
