I mean you have legal options but you’d need documentation of all the different ways he tried to contact you, when he tried, and evidence of you telling him to stop. You could then go to a court and request an order of protection preventing him from contacting you (if he broke the order it would be considered a crime). But if he’s just occasionally contacting you there really isn’t much you can do besides continuing to block him.
