Could have been suits and other formal wear interesting that you immediately blame the victim hmmm
Formalwear is always dry cleaned if they put a suit in the dryer it wasn’t coming out the other end regardless
Hotel treatment maxing
Happened to me freshman year. I forget who I emailed but I sent a cost sheet of all my clothes that were destroyed and pics of the fucked up washer and they reimbursed
Happened to me last year. The washing machine locked all my clothes in it and was filled with water, had to call the maintenance guy to come rip the door off. They gave me $5 back like that would do anything.
