if you’re recruiting, do you prefer when the convo is natural and you just talk about personal stuff or when the pnm asks you stuff about your chapter?
mix of both! u should probs ask abt some values/philanthropy but also we love talking abt random fun things and it makes you more memorable the more we know abt you personally! either way just have it flow like a real convo instead of an interview and only us asking you questions

Ask a few things about the chapter if you’re genuinely interested, but we love to talk about whatever gets you excited!
As a recruiter the besttt conversations I have are always about what the PNM is passionate about. If that’s watching broadway musicals or volunteering at an animal shelter it doesn’t matter, we just want to know what makes u happy

Questions are good to get convo started but personally I love talking about anything BUT an elevator pitch especially if there’s a hobby/passion that makes you YOU
