Guns need to be banned, seriously. Why are there still people believing owning a gun is a right when we’re literally deprived of our rights to walk on the streets because of the fear of being shot. This is NOT normal.

Guns ARE the issue bae. Compared to similar countries (Canada, UK, Australia): The U.S. has ~4–10× higher gun homicide rates & much higher civilian gun ownership (~120 guns per 100 people). Countries with stricter gun laws generally have lower gun violence rates.

Guns aren’t the issue here people also need to have the right to defend themselves.. the issue is systemic and the violence wouldnt be stopped by measly gun control

Yes that is the case in other countries but America is vastly different. In other countries police aren’t killing people for their race and have universal healthcare.. America has a profit incentive for everything and the issue here is not guns but a lack of care for civilians..while I agree some specific guns shouldn’t be as readily available, banning guns itself doesn’t do much as unfortunately perpetrators will find a way for mass violence
