Everyone is complaining about their rent increasing next year but I’m in support of it. My rent got increased by $200 and I’ve seen home improvements and faster response times from my landlord. It’s better for everyone. Just move if you can’t afford it 😒

Living off campus is a privilege, not a right. There’s nothing preventing you from moving back to the dorms so you don’t have to deal with landlords and price increases.

Housing should be a right. Price increases shouldn’t happen especially in lower income areas like Roxbury, south end, etc. There’s also nothing preventing you from thinking kindly and realizing housing is an issue for many people, not just students having the option for a dorm. Don’t be ignorant, it’s not pretty
