I don’t understand how every other college library has the rule of “the higher you go up the quieter it gets” but at snell quiet does not exist at all.

Basement is the quietest. I think it’s reversed.

But still you’ll always get a group of people talking
it used to be like that until it wasnt
Third floor is genuinely a zoo
it’s just reversed here
4th floor is for getting freaky 😋😫😉
During my tour I was literally told the 4th floor is silent 😭
