Him not responding means he doesn’t care about your relationship anymore. That doesn’t mean it’s your fault, that is his issue of taking you/your relationship for granted, but it is not going to get better and you cannot fix him. He may have days where he pretends he will change but he will eventually go right back to ignoring your texts and such and you will fall into a loop of trying to win his affection back for your ego and validation. The longer you stay the harder it will be to let go.
