open house is a rlly complicated round because you get so little time and this year it’s harder because you may not get the chance to connect person to person. there’s no specific criteria but if a chapter thinks you align with their values and overall vibe of the group then they might decide to put you through to philanthropy. i wanna say it’s almost like speed dating or scrolling on hinge loll. every chapter has a different number of girls they cut also

So if you get a rho gamma you didn’t get cut? Or you can still get cut after getting a rho gamma

every girl gets a rho gamma when they submit their application. you get your schedule Saturday morning with ur 1-8 houses. that’s how we find out about the first cuts from what I understand. you don’t get your schedules for the day until the mornings

no everyone gets a rho gamma- if you get cut, which usually doesn’t happen, or mostly happens in the later rounds, your rho gamma will text/call you letting you know not to come in the morning
