We don’t want you going out with us anyway. Feel free to stay home with your bible
Look I’m sorry but as a Christian who tries to stay healthy I don’t understand y’all. “Yeah I got blackout drunk and caused some bs last night now I feel horrible” guess what YOU DIDN’T HAVE TO DO ANY OF THAT. Y’all can’t enjoy life without getting drunk
I will. I’ll also be up early on Sunday getting in a workout, going to Church, and talking theology afterwards while you’re still recovering from the night before. The church doors are always open if you decide to make a change
mama i go out on saturday nights and still arrive to 10:30 mass 15 mins early. u can enjoy Getting Crunkkkk and still go to church the next day
I am happy that you do make it to mass however it isn’t good practice to reject the teachings of the Bible week after week despite the fact that you make it to mass. Being a Christian is a full lifestyle devotion that we all should strive for which is of course the life that Jesus led. We all fall short and are all sinners but we don’t need to completely sit in our sin either.
I go out Saturday night have a great time with my friends and meet new people. I wake up Sunday and, while I’m not religious and don’t go to church, I go to my weekly volunteering. Where I choose to dedicate my time into actively helping human beings and don’t push my beliefs on them. I don’t need to go through church doors to be a good person, good people can go out drink and have fun. What I don’t believe in is hiding behind your religion to judge other people.
despite the fact i go to mass every sunday. despite the fact that i was born in this religion. despite the fact that i volunteer for the unhoused, the sick, and the needy. despite the fact that i make monthly donations to the poor, when i myself don’t have much to begin with. yes i am a sinner, but who are you to judge me for it ? judging and hiding behind religion is definitely not what they preach at church
